No, we were renting his extra home in Kingwood and they decided to sell...thats why we had to move...lol no one in Kingwood would rent to us with a husky...you damn kingwood anti-husky snobs....ðŸ˜‚ðŸ˜‚ðŸ˜‚

But anyhow he was set to close August 29th and well Harvey had other plans so they finally closed on it about a month ago.

Cyclists and pedestrians have â€œright of wayâ€ in all situations. No, Iâ€™m not kidding.

Canâ€™t really see the Kingwood drivers being sympathetic and giving her plenty of space when passing, or controlling their speed.

Know why there are so few cars per capita? Vehicle registration tax used to be 180% of the value of the car. In the last couple of years itâ€™s gone down to 150%.

The government tries to dissuade car ownership for the sake of the environment. Else theyâ€™re money grabbing b@$$#@$#.

I bought a Landcruiser 3 litre Diesel from Germany for about $40k, 3 years old with 25k km / 15k Miles. Had to pay importation / registration tax before I could drive legally. Total about $91k. Could have bought (almost) 2 sequoias for that!

But we live on a farm with 3 dogs, so really need it.

They sold Teslas here with zero tax when they came out. Proved extremely popular. Sold thousands... until they added registration tax - income opportunity. Think they sold 3 in 2 years!
