I have to agree from one of the commenters on the link…door to door solicitors need to be banned.
I do believe most are not legit and provide a perfect cover to survey the area. Just the other day I was coming out of my office and someone was at the door. I told them not interested they insisted to keep yapping my dog came to the door and started barking. I yelled out to the guy you need to leave she is not a good dog. He quickly left. I always note these guys knock ring the bell and try to avoid being on camera.
