KW vape shops raided These are all in KINGWOOD! 02/20/26 The Kingwood Crime Suppression Team was seen all across Kingwood raiding multiple illegal smoke shops. 3 suspects were arrested, 6 charges filed, and hundreds of illegal e-cigarettes and vaporizers seized for destruction. If you were wondering why there was police activity around several smoke shops, this is what was going on.

TXLobo : Actually THC vapes were made illegal back in September. Not many people realize it though because the same ban on gummies do not get passed. It's only the vapes they decided were illegal. Why? Because we weren't paying enough attention to it. It's sneaky as **** how they did it. Abbot and his buddies need to **** all the way off with this crap. I hope people speak with thier votes I. The midterms about this garbage
ZMAN : vapes are still legal if they are made in USA, the federal govt outlawed disposable vapes from China because of FDA requirements.
BooBear : Wrong, in Texas vapes containing THC a were banned last September. Google it

teatime : There are legal dispensaries in Texas. There is one in Conroe.
KingwoodNana : Yes. My baby grandson has liquid THC prescribed to him from Texas children's hospital. He suffers from a life threatening medical condition. But in order to have it prescribed his neurologist had to apply for it and send in all of his medical records. It is a rigorous process and available to very few. It is not available for all the other conditions that it helps with. Not even chemo. It is not like a dispensary available in other states.

ZMAN : I 100% support the use of THC Gummies. So many people are helped for multiple reasons by them. I do not support politicians trying to take this from us. Who cares what people do or take in the comforts of our homes.
golfshot : The problem is not everyone can use gummies. When my husband was ill, he could not. He used a vape in MD Anderson. His Dr looked the other way because he knew it was the only thing that gave him relief and an appetite.
