Looks like someone is moving overseas. I wished I would have seen this sooner because there are some stuff I am interested in.

We went this morning. Lots of nice things. Got a couple of things. Hope tomorrow they can sell the rest!

LemonEye : Why would it be ghoulish? Lots of estate sales are held when people are moving and have stuff better than what a garage sale would have. When someone dies where should all their useful stuff go, the trash? As for guns, I know Texas Auctioneers would not sell them if they were not licensed to do so. I see guns at estate sales all the time. There is nothing odd about it!

Zakangel : What were the prices like? I've been to some estate sales before where things were priced so high that I felt like they might be forgetting they're having an estate sale.😅

Heathur : We DON'T price like that. We only make money if the the stuff sells. We do the best for our client while still keeping our customers happy.

GoldenGirl : I should've clarified that I meant estate sales in general, not just yours. (Though I was asking about how the pricing was for yours specifically tomorrow, just in conversation.) I've been to ones downtown, in Cypress, Spring, even out in Willis, kind of all over. I also wasn't sure if y'all handle the pricing or if the client does. I'm checking out a few tomorrow so I'm sorry if that sounded disrespectful at all. I've just seen a range of different setups. My bad.

GoldenGirl : Agreed. You guys do a great job and it is reasonable. We went to another one after yours and walked out. They had like a cheerleader woman who thinks she is keeping it "lively". My DH gave me the eye and out we went. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Heathur : No offense taken at all. We generally do the pricing. Owner has some say so as well. Problem is some people will say I paid 2000.00 for that and are just not familiar with what today's value is. An item is only worth what the buying public is willing to pay for it.
Tomorrow, day 2 we discount 25% at 11:00 and 50% at 1:00.
Ask any question you like , I promise Im not taking offense. :-)

GoldenGirl : LOL, I would think that's just about the first thing to get sold when you have them.

GoldenGirl : but I don't have one of those yet! I hope it's new owner takes really good care of it.😩
