MissAmericanPie : Not that is matters now but do we know if they had permission per the above? There is one in San Antonio with the same issue and it was fully vetted and approved by the city. Not only that it was paid for my private funds.

MissAmericanPie : I just feel like there are other, more important things to be concerned with.
Meanwhile…. We are still gonna flood, we are still gonna face brownouts and blackouts, and water infrastructure issues. Pregnant moms are still having to travel out of state for life saving prenatal care… and folks keep electing in a Governor that is more focused on political theater than real issues.
