Oh my! Im SO glad I didnt witness this chaotic incident involving this strange individual. I am terrified just reading about it and knowing that there ARE people who squat outdoors and mind their own business!!

He was riding around on a bike in the HEB parking lot harassing people for money while looking in cars as he rode by. Please lock you cars.
