HOA question Hi neighbors,

@sandykw : I have neighbors who think they have a circular drive who park where ever they want. My suggestion, is to use the straight driveway.

I've said this before we lived in Elm Grove 10 years and never got 1 letter and we've lived in Sand Creek for 25 years and have an entire binder full. Even got a letter in winter when I had sheets covering all my plants saying I had too many weeds in my yard. Live right by Sand Creek pool/park not sure what section that is

I had the same experience about 5 years ago. It seems that if you have one violation, the HOA representative really scrutinizes your property. I even caught one HOA person out of their car and in the middle of my front yard. Took about six months before they stopped.

I asked the Chat Bot (the little blue guy in the lower-right corner of your screen) if San Creek prohibits parking on ones lawn and the reply was:
