Panhandlers - How do we stop the cottage industry with that grou

These guys set up quick and scatter same way. Kwood peeps give it up so they continue to stick around. Call HPD and they'll run them off. But if they continue getting $$$ they will continue to show up. Stop whining about panhandlers and do something

between the solicitor and the solicitee or, in the alternative, discontinue all
efforts to engage in the solicitation if within eight feet proximity to a

Speaking of scammers….

I did see one "panhandler" a few weeks ago in the median/esplanade at an intersection with a cooler full of iced-down bottled water(Walmart brand)....He was selling them for $1 each, so technically he wasn't "panhandling", he was being a "capitalist".....It was hot and folks were buying....Walmart sells their bottled water in a 40 pack for around $5.....So if he's paying $5 and selling them all at $1, he's making $35...Not sure how long it took him to sell that many or how many he sold in the whole day, could have been several 40pk cases.....

Feathersmith : there is a proper way to give and a wrong way to give. Stop feeding pan handlers! Why would you support a lifestyle that you wouldn't wish on your worst enemy?
