Quite possibly the worst firework show in history of firework sh

luv2eatsushi : I think s/he was being silly.July 4th is becoming known as the Complaint Holiday! 😜 Complaints about the noise and complaints about the fireworks show, both in town center and the country club, the weather, the mosquitoes .... on and on and on. Did anyone have an enjoyable 4th?

Yes, I still had an enjoyable 4th of July. I do feel really badly about everything happening in the Hill Country, and my attention has been on the tragic news that has been going on out there, though. So I feel like I really shouldn't and can't complain about anything right now.

SandyKnee : We enjoyed it! We went to Chachi's then over to the park. Could not see the fireworks but we still had a great time. When the show started and we could only see some sparks over the treeline we busted out laughing. Felt bad for the organizers. Came home, neighborhood was lit up! Prepped a brisket and it's been on the out since 3AM. Enjoying the 5 days off! ❤️🤍💙🇺🇸

SandyKnee : Our many neighbors gave us a free show. Many pretties and I could see all!

We watched three shows from our third story window. They were great. Especially since we didn't pay $20 a carload, we didn't fight the parking in and out, we didn't have to leave the comfort of our ac.

Heathur : Moms of Kingwood complained? That's a shocker. The show was great. We could see almost all of it. I should have taken some pics.

KTXcommenter : Jail because they didn't make you happy? Oh went through the thread, you paid someone for a special view and felt like they took your money without the product/service being provided. I am still confused who was charging money for what? Kingwood High School parking lot is free.

KTXcommenter: on tv, big screen, in my jammies with snacks. Pbs and all the major stations had great displays. Fox from downtown H-town's was good, too. Best: no crowds! I gave up going them? Years ago..

Could be. There were three shows in a semi circle from our window. Didn't go pool side but had a great show. Westworld wanted $20 -50 to get in. I can buy great flower for that price. Can't smoke it in our room but we do poolside and on the patio. Way better than blowing it on fireworks shows.

Come on peeps the fireworks have to be well over the treeline so the peeps in the parking lots around town center can see them.
