Well, he either said something and didn't mean to be overheard, or he said something and did mean for her to hear it. Either way, you asking for your $6 dollars back isn't quite the flex one might think it is. Even a manager might act like he/she cares to ones face, but they don't. There's only so many complaints one can hear until you're totally desensitized. They're usually just irritated that they had to stop what they were working on to talk to a table. Curt won't get in any trouble, especially if he's worth his salt because reliable servers are hard to come by, and it costs restaurants money to train new ones. Just chalk it to up to one bad meal out of 1200 you had this year. PF Chang's owns PeiWei. You can go there. It's counter service and the food is great.

I think you are confused because I'm not the one that posted the complaint about PF Chang's or Curt. Nor would I leave a lousy $6 tip lol. Unless someone was really, really, really bad.... and probably not even then. And I would never ask for someone to return a tip. I am just saying I might want to if I had heard a bad comment like that. I have never been to Pei Wei. But thanks for the info., might try it sometime.
