Are you referring to the original owner? I understood Rick bought the restaurant from Pablo, the previous owner, who is Rick's friend.

We hate the drive over there……and the traffic. Wish they would clean up the walkway toward the dirty river

doddlebug : It was not dirty when we were there. We walked along that area and it was nice. Sometimes the Kings Harbor walkways along the river get dirty when we have a lot of rain and juck comes to that area from upstream. They have someone who gets out there quickly to clean it up.
