Giant apt complex to open soon Westlake Houston Parkway right before the bridge, This one is so big it's the equivalent of a small village if you ask me. I do not look forward to having hundreds of new vehicles share our over crowded roadways, grocery stores, doctors offices…….🥹 There are other places to build giant apartment complexes ….. we will be so screwed if they don't stop building apartments

sweetie : It's on WLH PKWY not far from the bridge, but KW Will definitely be accommodating traffic flow from this area. If they build anymore apartments we're screwed. Loop 494 is one location this could happen. We are surrounded by apartments on all four sides. It's not the apartments, it's the extra traffic.

1836: I don't think that's the case at all. It's more of the form of development- high density apartment vs SFR. The site may be more suited for apartments(highest and best use), could be the developers economic models projected a greater need for apartment space given a slow down in housing or it could be apartments dovetail into a more broader agenda for more equitable and affordable subsidized housing project(s) in certain demographic regions.
