TEXASGIRLMAMMA : An old AM radio host used to call that "instant rehabilitation." That guy made bad choices all day that cost him everything. He chose to commit the crimes, he chose to end up being pursued by police, he got out of the vehicle holding a gun and chose to fire it at police. Cracklins : It said it in the original post and the news bulletin that it was multi-county theft. He didn't steal a candy bar. He drove from one county to the next stealing a bunch of things. They spotted him outside Academy and when they confronted him he opened fire so they killed him.Pretty cut and dry, honestly.
