Be sure they check for Old Dogs Disease aka Vestibular Syndrome - My dog had this - it would make you think stroke, but if you give them time they recover. I had to give my girl water using a turkey baster.... Took her 3-4 days but she was up walking again, with only a slight tilt to her head remaining... I had another year and a half with her.

Thanks to all who have prayed and sent well wishes. She saw the dog chiropractor today and he actually adjusted her. I did not know this was a thing. He said her hips, right shoulder and a rib were out of alignment. And that she should buy pet stairs so she would not jump off the furniture. Also to wean her off the pain meds and start walking her gradually.
I am praying that this is the answer she needed and improves.

The stairs help the pups a Lot, and I am glad they adjusted the dog, too--it can help a Lot. Hoping their pet improves a lot, in the coming days!

Thanks. She runs all around so I never thought about her needing them. She did get off leash one day and ran and ran. May have hurt something then I am thinking.
