Attention deficit

He is probably mad that he has to pay over 2k to rent a house he will never own. At least he doesn't pay the property taxes I guess.

We had a neighbor like that, who thankfully just moved, took all his Trump signs and flag with him. Moved to Florida. Good riddance.Gray boxed for being political and/or controversial in a General Chat discussion.

Time for all the neighbors to either get out their blowers at 6 am on Sunday, or everybody go visit him with church literature....
Jeepinbear, LittleTexas and Donnawisdom + 3 more reacted I resent that. Lumping all renters in that statement is just wrong. I've improved every place I've ever rented. We have been neighborly and kind. We are renting a $750,000 home, and pay $2650 plus plus plus. So we are paying nearly $4000 a month. I will say it took nearly a year to find a rent by owner. Most of the rentals rented by rits and management companies are the issue. They let mold grow, termites, broken everything. Nobody in there right mind would rent them.
Thankfully I've never had a direct neighbor like that and have been spared the experience. Currently there is a house a few blocks away that I have to drive by everyday (suspect it's a rental). They have multiple trash cans blocking the garage and all kinds of junk piled around them. Probably a pile 8ft wide and 5ft tall.
It's been that way for 2 months. They never mow.
Quite the eyesore. Glad they don't live next door.

I know your stress, and understand it. Had a friend in Greentree with a great pool she shared with my kids, who were friends with her son. Their neighbor was a man who could not Stand for anyone to have fun. We even asked the kids to have a 'silent pool day', which they did, and had Fun doing it. Not a Peep from them, as they swam. He called my friend to complain that he could hear the WATER splashing, and that was disturbing his peace! :0 They even invited him to 4th of July parties, but he refused. Some people Enjoy their misery, And spewing it on to others. Best to ignore him, after you talk to the home owner, ( who really can't do anything
They are wise to stay close to medical facilities. We know people who retired to the middle of nowhere and had emergencies and didn't make it in time. KW is the perfect place to be.

Some people choose to be happy and some people choose to be miserable. I would ignore it and move on, life is too short to give attention to the miserable ones. Live and let live, I guess.

Having this sort is the pits. At least he does not own the house.
