#msg6020984Choosing a term limit is difficult. Number of terms or number of years? The ideal limiter of terms should be informed and serious voters.

Rapsalot : 12 years
House-6 terms, 12 years
Senate-2 terms, 12 years
Supreme Court-12 years

ExCTGuyInTX :
In an ideal world smart voters that are not party affiliation feral limit terms.
SCOTUS ijustices should be s I bject to retrntion elections at lleast every 10 years. Justice Douglas would have been vone far too soon. Marshall too. There are more.
What is most needed is $$$ without control in elections. Government financed elections. Only humans have voices
Revoke Citizens United!
$112 million from the GOP senate campaign for Paxton is sick. For anybody.

ExCTGuyInTX : No, he is still smarter than any Democrat in either house. Which really is not that hard to do.

Thanks EcCTGuy InTx just censored me from this post and all I did was tell the truth. Thinned skinned at it's best

UptownGirl: Have you seen footage of McConnell? He's a shell of his former self. He seems barely conscious.

He absolutely should step down, but I understand why the powers that be don't want him to.
