Daaang. Zoo, botanical garden, and water park on a rainy day. Bummer. It's still a great day. 🤘

hey, might be the prime time to go! Was at Disney World once,in April, and there were storms predicted. Put on our tennis shoes and rain ponchos and went anyway. It was us, Mickey, Minnie and Donald! Literally! We went to a little place to eat breakfast in the park, and all of the costumed characters were there, staying dry. Had amazing pics with All of them, for the most epic Christmas Card pic Ever, that year! Most rides were open because there was no lightning or thunder, and we would finish a ride, and just say "Roll Out!", and go again. The rain stopped within 2 or 3 hours, and a few hours after that, we went back and went swimming, for the rest of the sunny, beautiful day. You just never know...so go!

Never thought of it til now but the entire country celebrated big every year where I grew up…..Area code 704.

Right! I avoid free days for things like the museum and the zoo. I would rather pay than deal with all of the extra people!

Heathur: you could be ready to walk into the zoo this morning and it looks like it'll be a good day for it so far make hay while the Sun shines , or in this case when it's cloudy, as they say!

Yes. I even remember when there was no area code for telephone numbers.
I remember when the first two digits were letters.
Like "prescott"2-7348.
We said PR2-7348 but we knew what PR stood for
