Randal's put in a beautiful store and it failed .

I agree with Home Goods. I would love a nice, upscale shoe store, but that site is too big for that.

Trader Joe's is 1/2 block away in the old Randall's. Retail would be nice; a place to shop for reasonably priced clothes. The retail traffic is not great on that corner,though. I hope something good goes there.

Yes, we are set on grocery stores. If you are already in the front, HEB Northpark and Kroger aren't bad to get to either. I take 494 to get to Kroger and enter from the side.
