CatalinaD:I called Main Street Hub to ask about the crumbly cheddar. The owner gave me the name of the cheese, said it's a mature English cheddar called Coastal at Costco. Below is what Google had to say about it:

When I make this again, at home, I plan to use one like they had, that is easily sliced, like these below:The Costco one circled is one I had recently at a party that's completely addicting, and I could 't stay away from it. I had the name but forgot it. It's one of those named in the pack. The other is an old favorite called Beehive's Barely Buzzed, espresso and lavender rubbed cheddar. And finally is a yummy Sartori Merlot BellaVittano.

DH is hooked on the Coastal crumbly aged cheddar and keeps asking about it, making sure I remember the name. Guess he wants to make sure we can get it and keep it around. LOL

I can't remember if I mentioned this, but this place also has Mahjong classes, with 101, part 2 coming up.
