I found that Claritin works better for me than Allegra. I'm allergic to cats, long haired dogs, hay, mold, and flowers with scent.
When I start getting really stuffy I take a Sudafed.

With the air quality poor most of the time, I have resorted to just wearing a mask outside. I am also trying to get rid of dark spots on my face so helps with that too. It is hot, but I have gotten used to it. I got tired of the headaches when exercising outside.
