Culvers has good chili but it does have beans. You can top with cheese, onions, sour cream ("deluxe").

cbear : Here is some of the best Chili I have eaten. Pretty sure you are familiar with the name. Skyline gets all the publicity but on just about every corner in Cinny you can get a nice sized bowls. Native Texans check out the recipe, you will be surprised! www.culinaryhill.com /cincinnati-chili/#w prm-recipe-container -47712 www.thechunkychef.co m/copycat-skyline-ci ncinnati-chili/
Firecraft BBQ Had a pretty good chili at Cowboy Surfer as well. Chelsea's is also good, as mentioned by others. ETA: Neon Possum also makes an excellent chili, but it's a bit of a trek (1960 and 45).

I won't be venturing out today, but I wish I had seen this yesterday!

jwardl : Not Wendy's…I had chili there once and got a sharp metal coil stuck in the roof of my mouth…do not recommend.

Zakangel : Your making a pot of Wendy's chili this afternoon? Nice that they gave you their recipe! He He!

cbear : Haha! No, old family recipe, has chocolate in it. I like beans but we did not put beans in it per my DH Houstonian. Lol
