Let's slow down and think a minute before we start posting minors on the internet. Looking at this from the perspective of said minors, they don't know if your Husband is a perv or not; so, they were well within their rights to ask him to delete the photos. He's also lucky no one called the police stating some perv is on the Greenbelts taking photos of minors. Yes, those kids were wrong to speak to him in the manner they did. They were also wrong to have their "motorized vehicles" on the Greenbelts. However, Kingwoodians are always *****ing about them being on the streets. I'm also not sure those things are breaking any Greenbelt rules; however, I also don't know the latest regulations.
eighteen : If I'm not mistaken it's posted on signs near trail entrances on through out the trails, no motorized vehicles allowed. Yes we are *****ing about these DA's being on the street because we're hoping we won't be the poor sap who might hit one of the idiots. The first time they came by, he ignored them, but the second time they came by, he took a picture of them just cause he gets irritated by people not following the greenbelt rules. Long story short, the kids got super aggressive with him and told him that if he didn't delete it, they would beat the f out of him. They rode away and then came back to threaten to beat him up some more. It shook him up. I'm tempted to post the picture, but I decided not to for the moment. I just thought I'd post it because I think people should know about it.

eighteen : Funnily enough... They threatened him with that too. They said they'll call the cops and say he was a pervert. But that's so messed up because they knew it was about the motorized bikes from jump. It's so messed up that kids know they can pull that card and falsely make actuations destroying someone's life. He said-- Yes, let's call the police. That's when they rode off.

In any case, I looked it up earlier; electric bikes and scooters are not permitted on sidewalks. So you all complaining about the street usage are going to have to deal with it. ETA: If their wattage is under 750W, it's classified as a regular bicycle and becomes a conundrum of Greenbelt right vs wrong.
eighteen : Let's hope your not one of the unlucky ones and hits one of these kids. I often see them riding up and down Tree Lane, often in the middle of lane(if following cycling rules should be to the far right of the lane); not old enough to be riding without a helmet and often carrying and extra passenger which is most certainly not allowed on a motorized scooter.
AnnieOakley : I thank the good Lord that I was properly raised by responsible parents and went to church and learned proper manners and respect for adults. So very sorry this gentleman trying to enjoy a pleasant walk was disrespected and harassed by these poorly and socially ignorant teenagers. It is only a matter of time before they disrespect the wrong person.
The Greenbelts are posted no motorized vehicles. Are they legal on sidewalks ?
