Tacus Internet is out at my house!

Out in Kingwood place

Tethered to my cell phone/hotspot. Not as fast but I got so much to do on the FRI-YAY!!!

Out in kingspoint too

Anyone know why or how long it might be? My fiancé has a job interview through zoom so fingers crossed

Yep out in Greentree also, been on hold with tachus since it went down

We are out in North Woodland Hills. Everything showed Wi-Fi signal, so I thought maybe it was a systemwide Internet outage. I guess not.

Zakangel : yep that is the move. Had to do it a few times when I was with Suddenlink.... now Tachus F 🤣🤣

MissAmericanPie : It pretty much doesn't go down, except when someone digging somewhere cuts a fiber line...Given the extent of the outage, I bet a line was cut somewhere along Northpark or near 59.

Tachus posted a network outage about 20 minutes ago. They are working on it they say. No ETA.

rusbro1 : Yes, Ours is out! I'm at Tree Lane and Woodland Hills Drive. We have had Tacus for just a few months and the internet is always going out for a just few minutes at a time. It happens 5+ times a day. I need to call them!

TEXASGIRLMAMMA : That sounds like a problem with either their modem, or the line connected to your house. Definitely call them; they are good at troubleshooting and fixing problems.
