Fuzzy Taco Take Out Review So I decided to do fuzzy taco take out today for lunch. I didn't order ahead, I just showed up and ordered there. The restaurant is very nice and modern and has a smart clean look with a large bar. All the employees are running around trying to be helpful and I got the feeling many were still learning their jobs, but everyone was very friendly. I ordered 2 different breakfast tacos, a couple lunch tacos, a chicken quesadilla, some fajita nachos and an order of sopapillas bites. After a 10% tip (yes I tip lower on takeout , but I still tip) the total came to $57 bucks. I sat at the bar and waited and The food came out in about 10 minutes. The food in my opinion was just ok. Mind you it was take out and it took me 10 minutes to get home but still it was just alright. One thing I didn't like was that I asked for salsa with the breakfast tacos and instead she gave me some ketchup packets with some hot sauce stuff, that's not salsa. Any good taco restaurant in this city must have salsa. the fact that this one didn't makes it a nogo for breakfast tacos for me. The eggs in the both breakfast tacos were also gray and cooked very hard. For the lunch tacos I got a Brisket Taco $6.50 and the Steak Taco $6.50. For that price I was hoping that they came with chips or something but it was just a taco. Both of them were ok, the meat was just salty without much flavor, and my steak taco had a gristly bit in it and the meat was not especially tender. Both of them had some heavy handed sauce poured on them that was honestly all I could taste. My daughter had the steak fajita nachos, I dint try them but they looked pretty good, its lots of food with queso on the side, she loved it. The grilled chicken quesadilla is also looks fine, but I didnt try it. The sopapilla bites were delicious. Over all. truthfully, This place is probably a pass for me. The tacos were pricy and not extraordinary in any way and not having fresh salsa for breakfast tacos is a total deal breaker for me.

CatalinaKitKat : Yeah, the no salsa with breakfast tacos is perplexing to me. This is what they gave me. I think it's unacceptable.
