ZMAN : As far as HOA usually if a time line is given, such as for example. the dumpster will be gone in a month or 2 in "most " HOA's it is not an issue . Some have been at the home for 3 to 4 months due a home with extensive damage. Issues occur when a homeowner leaves it full and neighbor's see rats in and around it or it starts to smell really bad.
