My passenger was very shaken. She dropped her hurry cane in parking lot after shopping. I drove back to get it and it was gone. No one turned it in.

grinchy @Plane Crazy : This is the second wrong way driver I have encountered. The other wrong way driver was much worse. It was WLH & Magnolia Cove near where the couple died in an accident. The wrong way driver was heading toward me from crossover. I had no where to go as an Humble ISD school bus was beside me. The wrong way driver ended jumping the curb onto the median.
