My friend and I went to fire craft BBQ tonight. We were there about five. She had told me that they had really good prime rib there. So we went. I had the end cut prime rib. It was so good. I was surprised. The season was good. The meat was tender. It was really too thick for me. Good thing it was tender. I brought it home. I'll probably eat on it for three days. But it was really good and she doesn't get the end but she said hers was delicious. So juicy. I thought they only did BBQ.

sweetie : Good info. I had no idea they served Prime Rib. I've tried it at a handful of local restaurants, and it's been subpar at all of them. I would expect Firecraft to have a great version, considering what they do with other meats. Thank you for posting this. I will definitely give it a try.
