TEXASGIRLMAMMA : Unfortunately I don't have an answer. When I had cats they were totally indoor and always ate cat food, both dry and moist .

Kittle : If I had cats, they would be indoor cats.

I have an indoor outdoor cat, but he generally stays in my yard and he is of course "fixed". He looks well fed to me but it may just be the camera angle. Happens in most photos of myself as well... ;-)

If it is not spayed or neutered it should be regardless of who it is. Owners would glad of their savings!!

If it belongs to someone they are NOT taking care of it. So, yes, it would be more than appropriate.
