If they find the person who dumped this little pup we say put them in a room with Tom Holman for 10 minutes. But, lets not rush to judgement, it could have been someone down and out and actually did it a favor and will find a good home in KW ??

We will totally take the little girl but we are headed out of town and won't be back until sunday, so if whoever has her can hold her until then we can absolutely give her a home and a big sister!

Agreed. Unfortunately children, elderly, and anyone unable to defend themselves are treated worse than abandoned pets. My heart hurts for abused or neglected humans and animals.

I'm working at identifying the lady who took her. Might have a name tomorrow. She evidently has had rescues in the past, but maybe not such a young puppy.
Hoping she has been seen at a vet.
