Well Houston bush made me take off shoes last Wednesday. I swear every airport needs to get on same page. Everyone one we have been thru has different ways of doing things. Take stuff out leave it in take belt off leave shoes on or off lol. I did get to bring husband' s brothers ashes w us. I forgot the death certificate. But it was small amount I was worried they would take him. My precheck expired o only had domestic. I need to get international this year. I had clear also but then it was expensive to renew. I'm still mad they took my rum in Charlotte. I got it at duty free in Jamaica apparently they didn't wrap it properly. TSA took it.

I traveled out of terminal C on 7-1 and removal of shoes was not required. It made the line move more smoothly. I did notice that there was more canine activity sniffing people and carry on luggage but that may have been due to the high travel period leading up to July 4th week.
