We really need some variety. We have 6 Starbucks, JavaMan in HEB and then food places that sell coffee.
I wish we could lose about 4 of the Starbucks and get something different.

peppermintstick : Well the best one, as mentioned elsewhere, would be Luce Avenue Coffee Roasters/Luce Coffee, mainly because they already have several locations but are still local, I don't see any of the great one off places we have, like Conduit in The Woodlands, or New Heights Coffee Roasters opening second locations, so failing someone like Luce then it would need to be someone new taking the leap.

We visited one called Cambrian Coffee on Saturday, which is run by a couple, the wife of which is British and makes British and British inspired baked goods which are all amazing.

Fig & Table, I'm not sure what is going on with that because it seemed ready to open at one point but last weekend all the windows were covered, I am also unsure how coffee focused they will be. The places I have mentioned are roasting their own and coming up with clever and innovative drinks, especially New Heights and Conduit, Fifth Vessel is another great innovative one.
