Good News About Firecraft BBQ I was by there today and spoke to the owner. They have secured the space next door and are opening up a new dine in area that will have another private banquet/meeting room as well. If you haven't been, there is currently only a few tables inside and some benches outside. It's basically a take out operation. But this will be a real place to dine in.

MissAmericanPie : Great news! A sign that they are thriving. I still need to get over there and try it. Any rec's?

He should make duck carnitas as I remember at Raffa's.

You don't tell a great chef what they should make. A great chef is great because they create what they are inspired by and then share it with others. No chef wants to be a copy cat.

Please keep us updated on the opening of the banquet room. I know the Aggie Moms club would love to bring our business there for a meeting (instead of Spring Creek BBQ).

Don't hate me but… I wasn't that impressed with the BBQ. Brisket tasted like it was baked in an oven, then had a brief stint on a pit.
