Observation, asphalt Black patch, what a mess that is on WLHP by HEB, What up with that, in Kingwood, we need concrete repair, the entire section. What they have now is unacceptable. Looks terrible and rough to drive over.

Texasdad: What irritates me is the City recently replaced a concrete panel in a little used crossover lane just a couple blocks north of there but can't afford to fix the Whataburger pot hole. . But I guess it was replaced because it's the park and ride exit for the Metro buses.

I've noticed a lot more asphalt being used lately, especially for commercial driveways. It doesn't look good to me, and I have difficulty believing it will stand the test of time that concrete would.
