Love that!! Ours have never been anything but house pets. Hubby had aspirations to train our first one as a tracking dog but one day in the yard a rabbit hopped out from behind a shrub and our beagle hid behind me soooo that never happened 😂

Only one of our 5 had the typical beagle bay/howl. Wrigley has kind of a shrill bark even when he chased a squirrel in the yard.
