Best Trash is not really recycling

The trucks that pick up recycling drop it off at the City of Houston contracted recycling facility...or at least they are supposed to

The AirTag worked great, it got us with in about 300 feet of it. We were right on top of it almost until a worker spotted us and made us leave it was unsafe. It showed us all the way nearly 22 miles away. I told the supervisor that it couldn't be buried to deep if at all because the signal was still strong. He still said he was sorry but could not let us up there again.

I guess one wild card though might be:
"I recently lost a Christmas gift that we thought went out in recycle."
What if you did actually put it in the trash all along ?It will/would be interesting to get to the bottom of this story.

I'm sure it wasn't a "clean" area. Cheaper to buy a new airtag than getting shots for your new ailments.

Lugeruser : No need to be rude about it...just stating what has been stated in news reports. For a new user, you aren't very friendly and your attitude is unnecessary.

Some of the "dumps" have recycle buildings or pits onsite for staging for recycling. Just because you saw the truck go through the gate doesn't mean it went in the dump itself. I would ask the HOA to pursue clarification on the recycle materials.
