We had Famous Footwear and they closed it. We had Palais Royal and they closed. Not enough people shop these specialty stores here
And yet another gym is opening in Humble in the shopping center where Old Navy is. It is called Crunch.

Stores seem to be struggling everywhere. Multiple locations closed. So many have moved to online shopping
Spork : I thought we ARE getting a Trader Joe's.
Link?
Planet fitness is just straight up ghetto! Not clean and it's so cheap that people usually that can't afford end up there! I'm surprised instead of LA Fitness in KW, we got this lol (it's a joke!)

cbear : You never go to where the old Randall's is or the old HEB
Planet fitness is awful.
Their whole shtick is to be the "judgement free zone" What this translates to, is the alarm going off to shame you if your weights are too heavy, there are no scales to weigh yourself there, men are able to just waltz into the women's locker room to get changed or shower next to your wife and daughter. There are also weird rules about what sized water bottles you can take, the type of shirts you can wear and what lifts you're allowed to perform. They don't want anyone looking athletic, strong or masculine as their entire business model seems to be centered around selling a gym to people who don't want to improve their physical fitness.

I never joined but I looked at the one in Humble. It looked clean to me, cleaner than another big gym here, that I won't mention the name of. I joined Club Studio but it is not worth it unless you are using the classes.
Yeah! where the front of Kingwood Randall's used to be 😒 Too many of the same, what about Sprouts or Trader's Joe or Whole Foods, Nourish Market or something of that source.
@Kaa054 :
It is very clean. To get healthy requires strain and effort, which makes you sweat. The gym is marketed for people that want to drive two miles there to walk four miles on a treadmill, spin their little wheel and then get free pizza, bagels and tootsie rolls. Again, they call it the judgement free zone but then sound an alarm to shame anyone putting in hard work. It's basically a safe space for fat people. But again, very clean 😂
It is very clean.
