I ended up getting through. It was a 29 minute phone call.
The day before yesterday the truck came down my street and picked up my neighbors debris and stopped at my house. I was jumping up and down on the inside! Then they drove away. My son was looking from upstairs, and said the truck was full. Lord knows when that will come back!

COH Debris Pickup FYI, If you still have debris from the Hurricane please call 7138370311 to schedule a Pickup. I spoke with the agent and they said each address that has storm debris needs to be called in for Pickup. Outside of COH, call Harris County

TEXASGIRLMAMMA jrjtex : Would they not collect all surrounding debris located around the address?
It still frazzles my brain of why we should have to call to schedule debris pickup! It's everywhere - just come pick it up!
I specifically asked the lady on the phone if people were really required to call. She said yes.
Go suck an egg, my friend. 😜
