CaffeineFree : It is. I think it's closer to 4 years. They've been working on it since at least 2019 because I was still working at LSC.

Rocklady2020 : I haven't been to Atascocita in over a month. In fact, I can count the number of times that we've been down there in the past 3 years on one hand. I hope they have improved traffic flow soon because I think many will use WLHP to get around NP construction.

No wonder it's taken 3+ years to complete 494. Heck, this is more activity than I've seen on that project in years!

They changed the sign several days ago. I'm hoping they push it back until the wok on at least one of the other major roads is done.
