ShadowsOfIga : That's awesome. Sometimes some do not and they go potty in places that they shouldn't! LOL!. I would love to see some pic's sometime!

cbear : Yes - the street urination/defecation/drug needles problem is so bad that retailers and residents alike are leaving in droves. It's really sad. It use to be a beautiful place to visit.

cbear : Yes - but that isn't the only city experiencing this problem. Seattle, NY City, Chicago, Downtown LA - all have similar problems. We are slowly descending into 3rd-world status.
