I can answer that... NO they do NOT!!  They have a "road tax" based on the size of your engine. So that is the main reason they have these TINY cars..   We had to pay and extra $650 a year on our small engine BMW.. (the company paid for our larger engine Mercedes that was part of our package, It cost $1450 a year) Since they have very narrow roads, there is almost no place to park,,,, most parking is NOT permitted. You must try and find a garage then walk. The many many bikes on the roads in the towns (Amsterdam, The Hague, Delft, Rotterdam, etc) drive like they are on the Autobahn!!  We had to hold our kids hands or carry them for safety when crossing roads...They have one lane for traffic, one for the train and/or trolley, one for bikes,, but usually not any for walkers,,, so you must watch for all these other modes of transportation and walk when you can.This is a tiny country.... trying to make the best of its space.... but it can be very hazardous and you must be careful no matter how you decide to get where you are going.You absolutely can NOT compare the Netherlands to Kingwood (or Texas!!)

Has that woman given any consideration that her child is looking staright at a fake set of balls?
