Biggly is the giant white deer?
Yep..........that's what the grandkids call him. They are trying to get me to make the 'other' reindeers.....Prancer, Dancer...you know........................but, I cannot MOVE the house over, to fit them all,................so it's just Biggly.

I've had my picture taken with him a few years ago. You would need some space for all of them.
I like the idea of going. But I am not sure I would enjoy it. I have not been any year I have lived here and think maybe I should try it just once. I don't like large crowds, hot temperatures, and rowdy people. Any recommendations for which weekend and time of day?
rocklady2024, RolloTomaso and LittleTexas reacted I've been going for over 40 years, and it's so much more expensive, and crowded. The family went last year, and left the house Very early, to get there soon after they opened. Traffic was still backed up, once you get within about 10 miles of the venue. We were disappointed with the food we got. It is honestly best for older kids or adults, as much of the best entertainers are geared towards that group. It was a bit much for our young ones, under 4., so we left after about 4 hours. If you haven't been, it would be fun to go once, but wait til the weather is cooler, and go early. Not many rowdies, early in the day.

My grandson looks forward to seeing Bigly every year. Did you make him?

It was not at all rowdy when I went. I was impressed with how kind and respectful everyone was to each other and to the property: No one honked in the parking lot. People moved over to let others get a good view. People didn't litter. The camp ground may be a different story. I waited to go till Nov. last year so it wasn't hot. I didn't find it especially crowded either. There is plenty of space to move around.

Dressing up is the best part! That and seeing everyone else's creativity with their costumes. People are just nicer to eachother when dressed up.
