I want to give a huge shout to Loop 494 veterinary services today as an emergency walk in. They were bringing in Lady within 3-5 minutes after being told it could be a 4-5 wait time. Apologies to others who were waiting with their appointments. She was running a very high fever and her breathing was abnormal.
I'm not trying to be judgmental, but if you are going to breed dogs, at least be honest with their rescue. Lady nearly died today due to parasites due to in her gastro issues and compromised immune system after being treated for parasites on Tuesday. The last 14 hours have been a road from hell.

Honestly, I kept quiet about the thread of those poor pups! When things don't sound right, they're NOT. That whole story made me so angry, because the ones that suffered were the dogs!

Annie : Yes they can be. Round worms, hook worms, fleas, and mites. It is very important to get those under control.
SIGirl : Yeah, I worry about what happened to the others given her condition. I had to keep my mouth shut and focus on the pup, not their owner. He was very nice and he did give us this little bundle of joy. Lady should be okay, it's just going to take a long while. Thank you for the tips, saving up for a gift card to pet ranch!
