BK Pizza: Celebration/Gift Card Giveaway!

LittleTexas :
Just an observation, I think their marketing department is making a huge mistake by referring to this location as BK Pizza, instead of Brooklyn Pizzeria of Kingwood. Brooklyn Pizzeria has a wonderful reputation and it's a very poor assumption on the part of the owners to refer to the new location as BK Pizza. And yes, I have passed this on to the owners.

FreebyrdII :
I still see all of their marketing and socials listing it as Brooklyn Pizzeria, where did you see BK only? That notice is from the Facebook page, which is found by searching Brooklyn Pizzeria, Kingwood, Texas. The Shahini's are very kind ,and will be glad to hear any opinions, though.

LittleTexas :
Thanks for the alert. I will wait until the crowds settle then check them out.

LittleTexas :
I sent this to the Shahini's and they were very receptive:

Did anyone go to the opening?

LittleTexas :
Their pizza is almost acceptable, ALMOST!
We are making our own pizza from scratch tonight on a pizza stone because we have found out that we do a much better job than any so-called pizza place in Texas

ExCTGuyInTX: their pizza is very good; they became came sponsors here, even before they opened, too

ExCTGuyInTX :
So, how do we place orders, & do you deliver?🤣

jv339 :
call them at 281-810-2211

LittleTexas :
Thanks, I was teasing @Exactguy: because he said his was better!❤️

jv339 :
I bet Ex's pizza Is good;always good when cooked on a pizza stone! But, are they Also making calzones, wings, Greek salads and desserts tonight? jk, I hope they enjoy their delicious pizza dinner at home

Went to the grand opening. The pizza was undercooked and my family says it taste like store bought frozen pizza where the crust just falls with no firmness. They brought us one plate and one fork with multiple people at the table. Odd and they did that to other tables near us too. You have to stand again in the ordering long line to get utensils since they don't put them out. Saw several people trying to get boxes to go but just left with their food on the table because they didn't have access to the boxes and didn't want to have to stand in the order line. Saw some people standing to the side while the male owners walked past them over and over again because they were more focused on their task then the customers needing assistance. The girl cashiers were very nice. They also had root beer at the drink refill station is rare because people drink a ton of that soda so that was nice. First impression was it's ok, hope they had a good night sleep they must have had a long day.

Sad to hear, they must have gotten overwhelmed Give them a few weeks and go back; they have a good lunch special with 2 slices. Thanks for your info!

LittleTexas : True probably rushing the pizzas out due to the volume of customers

HappyDay2016 :
yes, and deliveries, plus the samples they advertised. Not their first opening, but maybe they did not have enough help. I know the family will remedy this, and things will even out, in the coming days/weeks, so I'll wait to go, then.
