No cell phone sign at the Kingwood Post Office
No cell phone sign at the Kingwood Post Office I can understand cell phones being prohibited while you are at the counter but I think I should be able to have my cell in the Post Office. I was in the car when my friend went in and I noticed the sign. Do you take your cell in with you?

They can't prohibit them at all. It's a government building.

cbear : Right! You need a water proof cell case for your phone. I take mine everywhere. It has floated down the Comal river with me and takes all the rides I go on at Schlitterbahn. It is wonderful!

TEXASGIRLMAMMA : I try not to go into the KW Post Office for anything, but if I do need to go I'll have my phone on silent in my purse. It's actually what I use to lock/unlock my car.

TEXASGIRLMAMMA : I think I have one on it now but, I have lost 2 phones to the pool so I have a bit of PTSD. I may change and bring it ouside but keep it far from the water and in the shade.

TEXASGIRLMAMMA : They don't want you to use them while you are doing your transaction. They don't want others in line to be talking on their phone.

TEXASGIRLMAMMA : StinksMcNulty : UptownGirl : CatalinaD : BigBruno : ForestFinds : Kingwood PO needs to address bigger issues than people who have cell phones with them. I have had much mail go missing. Anything that looks like a check has been opened and re-sealed.
TEXASGIRLMAMMA : They do not have the right to restrict the use in the p.o. There are restrictions for employee use, only.
