Need work? Apparently standing in line, for someone else, can pay up to $500 at airport. I would totally do this if didn't already have a job.

@Lulu45 : I think people just go up to the airport and some how let people know they are available. I personally would not take anyone else's luggage but would stand in line for $50-$65 an hour. I am thinking it would be half upfront and the other half at the end of the job. Tha way is seems more fair to both parties. The problem is the parking too $$ so would need to cover that cost with the amount. Also is it cash only do accept Venmo etc. I think, guessing, in a few weeks this will be over unless you may a website where people can book your on going services.

@HappyDay2016 :
the airport is currently running a warning on a loop announcement that says Not to do this, as it is not a vetted service and is not condoned by the airport. my friend there says they have not seen anyone doing this in the last 2 days. I posted about it the first day, as Fox had an interview with a man charging $65 an hour to do it. Guess he's looking for another side hustle now?

I may be a little dense, but how does this work? How does person A, who has paid person B to stand in line... actually get to the front of the line to take their place in said line? Do they just casually walk past all those other people standing in line? Hard to believe anyone who has stood in line that long would just accept someone walking past them to the front of the line. I imagine fist fights would be breaking out right and left.
I'm confused. Can someone explain this?

HappyDay2016 : parking off site at those places on Will Clayton...take a shuttle to the airport, meanwhile your car is in covered parking .maybe $11 a day

@BigBruno : I used to pick ones up many a time. Well worth it!

SandyKnee : THEN, when you get to the front you let the passenger in ..... Theu aren't going to the front, just standing in that 3 or 4 hour line so you dont have to.

@BigBruno : But how does "the passenger" get to where you are (in the front), without having to go past all the other people in line behind you? That's what I can't figure out. Surely people aren't going to let them just walk right past them up to the front where the paid line walker is. What am I missing?
