goodspirit : I was driving on 99 to Baytown a couple weeks ago and noticed Kingwood Drive exit sign. I mean't to look that up but forgot all about it!

No, the Kingwood dr off 99 could become a development some day but will never be this part of Kingwood. I also think it may be in liberty county.
They will never join over the natire preserve. I dont have any links but u can Google it.

I don't see any good reason to extend KWD to connect with the other side of the lake. What I'd like is for WHD to go over to Humble. But the cost/benefit of a project like that would never fly.

Kingwood Drive ends at East End but on the other side of the river it picks up again in The Commons. They do not want the lower classes of Kingwood going into their high class neighborhood!

I did see a potential map from 2100 to 99 from the City of Houston back in 2020 but have to find it again, There was another nort and south street also going through a bayou or Creek. That 2100 is going crazy now too. Man I have not been out ther in a bit but I drove out there a couple of weeks ago and it was no country and more!

goodspirit : follow BobRehak as he did a post just a few days ago on the massive transfer by monstrous dump trucks moving dirt from one area over to the flood plain area off 2100 to raise the property. All violation of floodplain rules
