Blue Star Family Christmas 
We are the Kingwood Chapter of the Thin Blue Line Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club. I posted here in July looking for the family of a deployed soldier we could adopt this Christmas. We have found the family of a 22 year old Marine Lance Corporal that is currently deployed. He leaves at home:
• 4 year old son
• 24 year old bride.
• His mother (she recently found work after being unemployed for over a year) who also serves as his grandmother's primary care taker.
We are providing Christmas Dinner and specifically requested gifts for the family, which we will deliver on Christmas Eve. When we posted on Kingwood.com in July looking for a military family several people asked how they could help. The family has requested gift cards (Walmart, Amazon, VISA etc) they can send to the Marine Lance Corporal. If you would like to help we have a collection box at Pet Ranch, 4411 Kingwood Dr, Kingwood, TX 77339. You can drop off a gift card there by December 15th.

sweetie : Thank you. It was a little hard to have our first child while he was away. But, he is now a senior in high school and doing so well. He made all district. district for academics and his position. "What doesn't kill you only makes you stronger."

Weathergirl5 : Thank you my sweetheart. I am. I'm still working on my appetite and gaining weight. That's just not really happening at this time, though. My blood pressure has seemed to be ok now-thank goodness. I so much want to get back to my 6-8 mile daily walks, but I'm still a little nervous that my bp will drop again.
I always have my phone with me at least.

Rolnwithmyhomie : Thanks to your family for your sacrifice to our Nation. While the Thin Blue Line is primarily a Law Enforcement Club, in the Kingwood Chapter exactly half of our members are also veterans. Among our veterans in the Kingwood Chapter we have a Vietnam vet, a Naval Aviator, a Paratrooper and a Gold Star dad. Our collection box will be at Pet Ranch until Monday the 15th. They have my contact information if you need it.
