LittleTexas : No, I would not line up to get pies at The Flying Saucer Pie Company. My BIL brought a pie from there years ago for Thanksgiving and to tell you the truth even back then the pies were not very good. I bake the pies for all the holidays. I make the crust and the filling and they are so much better. I don't like wasting my calories on pie that's not good!

LittleTexas : I had pie from Costco the other day and this year the crust is awful!
LittleTexas : I e always heard of them but have never been. This year we have pecan, pumpkin, chocolate, and key lime. Nieces got half pies from HEB the other day, sweet potato and the other apple.
LittleTexas : As much as I love Flying Saucer, no way would I stand in line.
Went in early this morning, place was empty.
