The old Chase drive-through on Chestnut Ridge is being redeveloped into a new retail hub. Plans include constructing a 1,750-square-foot retail building and a 2,000-square-foot drive-through restaurant, expected to be occupied by Qdoba Mexican Eats.
The project is currently under review by city officials, and the final design is still in development. Yay, another Mexican restaurant!

GiggleMugs : It will be nice if they have quality breakfast tacos. We love Kingwood Tacos but it isn't convenient for us.
Kittle : Again, already too many tacos and Tex-Mex locations, and chains of any kind.
GiggleMugs : Interesting, I've never heard of this restaurant. I also don't think that location is the best place for a restaurant, but if they're good I hope they do well.

GiggleMugs : I have been to a Qdoba near Dallas, just meh. Not something I would go back to; so many local spots that make Much better tacos and Mexican food, from DiMaria to Patron Grill and Nando's, in Humble.

LittleTexas : Well if someone thinks the drive to KW Tacos (within the bubble) is inconvenient, they certainly aren't going to Humble.
donnatella : plenty of my friends in KW do, and many I work with. I was just listing a few that are a close drive. Add more within KW, if you like. I got up at 5am for work; my brain thinks bedtime is a 'dark thirty' today
