Is there any gym that caters to the older generations in Kingwoo

RJP59: I've seen lotta older people working out at the Kingwood Country club.
However , I don't know if you would have to be a member

I believe the Kingwood YMCA has programs/classes for older people.

My insurance pays for monthly YMCA dues..........try the Y.

Lifetime Fitness had water exercise classes for the elderly a few years back.

I would love to find to find strength training.

I love the classes, some are harder than others. Something for everyone. Sometimes I think I'm doing what the instructor does and sometimes it's held in a class with a mirror. Oh well. Lol

Legacy Fitness has advertised classes etc. for seniors. Not sure if the cost is still the same...this ad was from July.

RJP59 : Stop by the YMCA and get a group exercise schedule. You'll be surprised at how many varieties of exercise classes there are.

I don't know but I just need to quit eating. Gained all the weight I lost last year back.
